Preye joined CARES in August 2011 and was appointed Office Manager overseeing Admin, Accounts & Human Resources functions of the company. Before joining CARES he worked at Prepson Property & Investment Ltd as Managing Director/CEO with job responsibilities that included

• Prospecting for business for the Company.
• Managing/directing the affairs of the business for the attainment of organizational goals.

Between 2001 and 2005 Preye worked in Mediplan Health Services Limited (HMO) as CEO. He was responsible for:

• Formulation of business strategy/ policies for review by the board.
• Implementation of approved strategy/policies.
• The Chief marketing Officer of the company –developing business for the organization across the country.
• Ensuring cost effective and proper management of the company’s resources.
• General supervision of the various Branches across the Country and Head Office departments for the attainment of organisational goals.
• Building an efficient and strong network of healthcare providers for the company across the Country.
• Organising and ensuring successful holding of Board meetings/Annual General meetings.
