Captain Aina Adeolu is a seasoned Master Mariner and Maritime Training Instructor with extensive experience in ship operations and professional development training. He began his maritime career as a Deck Cadet, serving on a variety of vessels including oil tankers, gas tankers, Diving Support Vessels (DSV), and Dynamic Positioning (DP) vessels, progressing through the ranks to attain the position of Master Mariner.

In 2021, Captain Aina Adeolu joined CARES Company, transitioning from sea to shore as a Maritime Training Instructor. He played a key role in developing and preparing STCW (Standard of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping) courses for accreditation and, as Lead Instructor, has delivered high-quality training in Electronic Chart Display and Information System (ECDIS, Bridge Resource Management (BRM), Pilot Refresher Course (PRC), COLREG (ROR), Emergency Ship Handling (ESH), and Maritime Safety Management System and Risk Management MSMS&RM) workshops for Nigeria Port Authority (NPA) pilots.

He holds a DP Unlimited Certificate and is pursuing DP Instructor certification with The Nautical Institute (NI). Captain Aina Adeolu is highly respected for his leadership, instructional skills, and passion for developing competence and professionalism in maritime personnel. His blend of seagoing mastery and training expertise ensure that every course he delivers meet the highest international standard.
