Implementation of ISPS Code

Working closely with the port authority we developed a suitable approach to address the identified threat to security. CARES together with the port advisory committee ensured that security guidelines applied to all areas of functions of the port and with those working or having business in the port or vessels transiting the port. This included port workers and other personnel, seafarers, passengers and baggage, cargoes and materials the stores from within and outside the port area.
