HSE Compliance Assessment

CARES Group was contracted by Ramboll, France to conduct a Regulatory HSE Compliance Assessment for Sanofi-Aventis.
CARES Group was involved in assessing site compliance of the Sanofi office in Lagos, Nigeria. This involved checking compliance with applicable HSE laws and regulations including specific regulatory requirements set out in permits.
CARES Group also provided Sanofi management (at both site and corporate level) with a clear understanding of the level of compliance of the site and an explanation of any identified Nonconformance issues. Non-compliance gaps were prioritized according the Sanofi ranking systems and recommendations were made to control any major exposures and address identified compliance issues
A report of findings was submitted at the end of the project providing key information relating to findings.
