Feasibility Study Inland Container Depot

Lilypond Container Terminal was looking at developing an Inland Container Depot (ICD) at Ibadan, Oyo State.
CARES Group was commissioned to complete a Basic Feasibility Study in order to give the project promoters a clear conclusion on the technical feasibility of the project, including details of the required works involved including a cost analysis to bring the site to the functional requirement as required by the terminal operators.
CARES Group determined clear functional requirements that the terminal would have to meet, in order for it to be operated successfully. This included a consideration of the following:
 Overall Objective
 Existing Site Conditions
 Terminal Requirements including: Stacking Areas; Access Roads; Buildings; Fencing; Roads; and, Infrastructure and Services
