3rd National Urban Water Sector Reform Project

The Kano State Government, through the Federal Government of Nigeria and with funds from Agence Française de Développement (AFD), is implementing the Kano State Water Project under the III-NUWSRP, and Kano State Water Board is responsible for rehabilitation and expansion of water supply infrastructure, including water intake, production and distribution facilities and improvements to water sector governance, institutional strengthening and human capital development to provide for improvements in service provision and to make water supply services in the state more sustainable. The CARES Group Consultant team is supporting the water board in the management of the Project.
