(Quality Management Systems) with this Quality Policy providing a framework for setting
our quality objectives.
CARES is committed to satisfying the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and any other client
specific quality requirements. The effective operation of the Quality Management System
is the responsibility of the appointed Management Representative, with specific
responsibilities described for individual personnel. The Quality Management System
encompasses all activities at every stage of the ISO 9001:2015 process model, enabling us to
strive to exceed our customer’s expectations in quality and to agreed completion dates while
remaining within budget targets.
CARES aims to maintain the continual improvement of the quality management system to the
benefit of customers and company alike.
