CARES are carrying out a project to establish an agreed concept for an Alternative Crude Evacuation Plan (ACEP); including, estimating the costs.
CARES are providing an outline project plan including the concept design; and, the steps required for thorough site surveys, engineering and detailed design, procurement, construction and commissioning.
To accomplish this CARES are carrying out a desk study to incorporate all of the knowledge collectively held on the project and immediate project environment in the time available. This will form Stage One which will culminate in a report being produced by CARES to set out and put forward an agreed concept design.
Stage Two will build on the concept design to provide sufficient detail for preliminary project planning and costing to enable an analysis of the feasibility of the ACEP. CARES are providing the preliminary project planning, costing and feasibility analysis.
